Materials:
Hand caster, line, 4oz sinker, a hook of you choice (works best with small hook), Braid(optional), 2 swivels and 1 clip-on swivel.
Goal:Set up and eel line and catch an eel
In this Procedural writing you will learn how to set up an eel line to catch eels or other fish
Rap your line around the hand caster.
Then tie on a swivel to the line on the hand caster.
Get 35cm of braid or line and cut into 15cm and 20cm.
Tie the 20cm braid or line on the clip on swivel.
Hold the line and slide the the sinker down it.
Tie the lasts swivel on the 15cm and 20cm braid or line.
The tie your hook on the 20cm braid or line.
Clip the clip on swivel to the swivel on the hand caster.
Head to your local creek with your bait and try catching an eel.
Cast the hand line in to water that has no current.
If you catch one release it, use it for bait or eat it.
